Method Statement (Sequence of Works)
The following steps outline the safe management of event operations:
- Site Inspection: A preliminary walkthrough of the venue to identify structural risks and access points.
- Vendor Integration: All third-party suppliers must provide their own specific risk assessments to Unoboss for review at legal@unoboss.com.
- Setup (Load-in): Controlled delivery of equipment. High-visibility clothing must be worn where required. Exclusion zones are established for heavy lifting or rigging.
- Live Event Management: Constant monitoring of floor safety, capacity limits, and guest wellbeing by the Unoboss event team.
- Breakdown (Load-out): De-rigging occurs only when guests have safely vacated the area. Site is cleared of all debris and hazards.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
Unoboss is committed to delivering perfection with safety as a priority. The Lead Event Planner acts as the Site Safety Officer. All personnel are required to:
- Comply with the instructions in this RAMS.
- Report any near-misses or accidents immediately to the Lead Event Planner.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where designated.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency:
- The venue’s emergency alarm and evacuation procedures will take precedence.
- The Unoboss team will assist in directing guests to the nearest designated assembly point.
- First aid kits are located at the Unoboss event desk. Serious incidents must be reported to legal@unoboss.com within 24 hours.
Monitoring and Review
This document is reviewed before every bespoke event to ensure site-specific hazards are addressed. Any amendments required based on unique venue layouts or client requirements will be updated and redistributed to all stakeholders.
