Unoboss provides bespoke event management and planning services. We work closely with each client to bring their vision to life, delivering bespoke events with dedication and excellence. The specific details of the services to be provided for your event will be outlined in your individual event proposal or statement of work.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be specified in each event proposal.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, approvals, and materials required for the Company to perform the services in a timely manner. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the vision and requirements shared with our team are accurate. Unoboss is not liable for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary input.
Our cancellation policy varies by event type and will be clearly outlined in your specific contract.
Unoboss may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (such as caterers, florists, or venues). While we exercise professional care in selecting vendors, Unoboss acts as an agent or coordinator and is not responsible for the performance, products, or services of these third-party entities. Their own terms and conditions will apply to their respective services.
Unoboss is dedicated to excellence but shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control.
Unoboss retains ownership of all concepts, designs, and planning materials created during the event planning process. Any photographs or videos taken by Unoboss during the event may be used for promotional and marketing purposes on our website and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data provided to us will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For any matters relating to your data or to exercise your privacy rights, please contact legal@unoboss.com.
We strive for perfection in every event. However, if you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us immediately at legal@unoboss.com so we can work to resolve the matter. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
