Our Commitment

- Ensuring our team and contractors are aware of their safety responsibilities.
- Complying with all relevant health and safety legislation in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
The CEO holds ultimate responsibility for health and safety. All employees and contractors must take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others.
Risk Assessments
Detailed risk assessments will be conducted for every event to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Contractor and Vendor Management
Unoboss partners with experienced vendors to bring our clients’ visions to life. To maintain our high standards:
- All third-party suppliers must provide evidence of their own health and safety policies and public liability insurance.
- Vendors must provide risk assessments for their specific contributions (e.g., catering, pyrotechnics, or structural builds).
- Unoboss monitors on-site activity to ensure contractors adhere to agreed safety standards.
On-Site Safety
We ensure all event sites meet safety standards, including fire exits, electrical safety, and crowd management.
Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures
Fire safety is a critical component of our event planning. Unoboss ensures that:
- Every event has a designated fire safety plan aligned with the venue’s requirements.
- Fire exits remain unobstructed and clearly marked.
- Emergency procedures, including evacuation routes, are communicated to relevant staff and stakeholders.

Training and Consultation
